Background: My journey in clinical operations began as a temporary administrative assistant at a top-tier CRO, where I had the opportunity to support a short-duration trial from feasibility through close-out. I quickly immersed myself in the clinical trial lifecycle and became a subject matter expert in our custom-built CTMS. This expertise led to a global Trainer role for the enterprise rollout of Siebel CTMS, replacing our legacy system.
Now, with over 20 years of experience, I’ve successfully delivered two global CTMS implementations, supporting more than 20,000+ users across 40+ countries. I’ve also launched 30+ GxP-validated applications & data integrations, 15+ operational dashboards, and supported cross-functional teams in optimizing trial systems and workflows for greater accuracy, speed, and compliance. My work consistently focuses on enabling data-driven decisions, improving operational efficiency, and embedding quality into the core of clinical processes.
